YOUTH FUTURE
is OUR FUTURE

Empowering Latin American youth, especially those in disadvantaged situations, to achieve their full potential.

ABOUT US

Forging our youth’s future for a better world.

Forge is a nonprofit focused on helping low-income Latin American youths have access to a quality life through job opportunities, ongoing learning, and social commitment.

This is achieved through the deployment of a free-of-charge program that develops both soft and job-related sills.

Friends of Forge was established to strengthen ties between the Forge Foundation and the U.S.-based public, formalizing the long-standing generosity of its donors.

We believe that the doing of youth today,
will bring a brighter tomorrow for all.

FORGE´S IMPACT

Transforming
experiences.
A free online training program for low-income youth.

Currently, there are over 100 million young people in Latin America, and 40% live in poverty.
Half of them are unemployed. Of those who do secure a job, 60% work under poor conditions.
And only 60% of youth manage to finish school.
The Forge Foundation aims to transform this reality for as many young people as possible.

Thanks to the support of our donors and partners, we have developed a virtual version of our training program, which can overcome the barriers of time and location, and therefore reach even more young people.

The Forge Foundation’s aim is to ensure that the most vulnerable young people have access to a quality life through work, ongoing learning and commitment to the community.

And this program scales through, teacher training on enhancing soft skills and job preparation during high school.
