Forge is a nonprofit focused on helping low-income youth in Latin America n youths have access to a quality life through job opportunities, ongoing learning, and social commitment.

It's free programs develop both technical and soft skills, opening doors to formal employment and lasting change.

Friends of Forge was established to connect this mission with the U.S. public, channelling and strengthening the long-standing generosity of its supporters.
